After achieving his first victory in the UFC, Mauricio Shogun, is more than prepared to face the organization's former light heavyweight champion, Chuck liddell, at UFC-97, which takes place on April 18th, in Montreal, Canada. For the UDL leader, Iceman will face a Shogun better prepared for this fight.
“When I fought (Mark) Coleman, like it or not, I had been out of action for almost a year and a half, this affected my conditioning. I can say that now I feel much more prepared physically and psychologically for this fight against Chuck,” said the Brazilian, who commented on the training outside of Curitiba.
“Sometimes, when we are at home we get a little distracted and don't go to our limits. So, moving to a new place to train left me 100% focused for the fight, I can say that I feel much more prepared and fit for this fight”, concluded Shogun.
