Gustavo Ximu's opponent in World Fighting Combat (WFC) will be Jorge Michelan from São Paulo. While the organization was looking for an opponent for Ximu, American David Baggett was injured, which left Michelan without an opponent. With the positive response from both fighters, it was decided to marry one against the other, which should bring even more excitement to the fights on the 24th, at the Quality Hotel, in Niterói.
“He is a tough opponent, from Checkmat and who has already shown his value at Fury FC. I've seen his fights and he's a guy who does a lot of work on his feet and on the ground. I think it was a great fight, a great spectacle for the public. I know it won't be an easy opponent, but I've been training to guarantee victory”, commented Gustavo Ximu. Check out the full card:
