Anderson Silva plans to return to UFC in December 2014, reveals newspaper

According to the newspaper Zero Hora, from Rio Grande do Sul, Anderson Silva is already making concrete plans to return to the UFC Octagon. According to the publication, the former middleweight champion is negotiating to fight at UFC 182, on December 27, 2014 – one day before the one-year anniversary of his second fight against Chris Weidman.

At the time, at UFC 168, Anderson was trying to regain the belt he had lost months before. After a difficult first round, the Brazilian lost by technical knockout after fracturing his leg in a low kick defended by the North American.
