Erick Silva and Charles do Bronx win 'new' UFC awards; Lyoto wins best fight bonus

Ultimate announced, last week, that it had eliminated the awards for best knockout and submission in its events, rewarding only individual performances. But at UFC Fight Night 36, held in Jaraguá do Sul, tonight, Erick silva, responsible for the only knockout, and Charles of the Bronx, owner of the only submission of the night, were awarded the bonus. They received an extra prize of US$50, around R$120.

At the event, Charles opened the main card of the night by landing a tight triangle on Andy Ogle. Already Erick silva appeared next and needed just 52 seconds to knock out Japanese Takenori Sato.
