“I would consider two names: is Alexa grasso and Fiorot. These are two extremely good challengers ready for this title fight. I think any of them”, said Valentina.
Challenged by Weili Zhang, strawweight champion, the Kyrgyz fighter accepted the possibility of a possible fight and praised the Chinese athlete.
“It’s definitely one of the options that could happen. I've seen her recent fights. She’s gotten stronger, more tactical, if a fight happens, that won’t help her,” Shevchenko teased.
Owner of the belt since December 2018, Valentina has been lining up opponents and has already defended her title seven times in the organization. The Kyrgyz athlete has a record in the sport of 23 triumphs and three setbacks.
