Santiago Ponzinibbio faces Jordan Mein at UFC on FOX 11 in April

After his defeat to Ryan LaFlare at UFC Goiânia, in October last year, Argentine Santiago Ponzinibbio, participant in the second edition of the reality show The Ultimate Fighter Brazil, they already know who will be their next opponent. Through your official profile on Twitter, UFC president Dana White announced that Ponzinibbio will face Canadian Jordan Mein at UFC on FOX 11, on April 19.

“In a duel between two exciting welterweights, Santiago Ponzinibbio and Jordan 'Young Gun' Mein will fight on April 19th, in Orlando”, published the director on his official profile on Twitter. The event in question, UFC on FOX 11, features a clash between heavyweights Fabricio Werdum and Travis Browne as the main event.

At 27, Santiago Ponzinibbio has a record of 18 wins and just two defeats. The Argentine, however, comes from a setback to Ryan LaFlare in his most recent appearance in the Octagon. Just like his opponent, Jordan Mein was also defeated in his last performance. The Canadian, who has a record of 27 wins and nine losses, was defeated by Matt Brown at UFC on FOX 7, in April 2013.
