Ken Shamrock Could Face Frank Shamrock in Cage

Ken Shamrock, one of the greatest legends in the history of MMA, announced that he is seriously thinking about abandoning retirement, as reported by the Super Lutas website yesterday. Not fighting since October 2006 when he was knocked out by Tito Ortiz, accumulating a series of four knockout defeats in a row, the American wrestler seems to have a date to return to the world of fights.

The return of the “most dangerous man in the world”, as he was known in his UFC days, could take place on March 8, in London, at Cage Rage 25, and according to the American website MMAWeekly, negotiations are already well underway. When asked who his opponent would be, Shamrock said:

“It would be the first time in any sport that a brother versus brother event would be held. It wouldn't be as bad as many people think, my brother and I do this for a living. I brought him to the sport, and I've always dominated him and he knows that. Now that I'm a little older and slower he wants to show the world who the stronger brother is. Let’s make this happen, it’s not a dirty thing, we don’t hate each other.”
