Muhammad Ali's grandson shows quality and wins on PFL debut

It's in the blood. At the opening of the preliminary card of the PFL finals, Biaggio Ali Walsh, grandson of boxing legend Muhammad Ali, showed that talent comes from generations and showed quality to overcome Tom Graesser with a brutal knockout 45 seconds into the first round. The fight was valid for amateur MMA.

Ali Walsh started measuring distance and applied a good boxing combination, putting Graesser on the defensive. He remained with his opponent back and threw a right cross that made Tom fall, already knocked out. The fighter didn't need to attack and saw the referee, Keith Peterson, intervene in the fight.

Biaggio Ali Walsh, 24 years old, now has a record of two positive results and one negative in his career in amateur MMA. He made his PFL debut and has already put himself in a good position for a possible lightweight tournament (up to 70,3kg), if he turns professional in the near future.

Tom Gaesser, on the other hand, felt the 'bitter taste' of the fourth defeat in his career. The fighter now has an unfavorable record with one triumph and four setbacks in his amateur career, which began in 2016.
