Anderson Silva filed a police report at the Pinhais police station, in the metropolitan region of Curitiba (PR), against a woman who insulted him through the Facebook.

The action, taken through the fighter's lawyer, was motivated by insults uttered on social media. Among other things, the woman, whose identity was not revealed, stated that “Spider” is “a sh*t idol”.

In an interview with the Banda B website, the delegate investigating the case, Marcelo Magalhães, detailed what happened. “The report was made by his lawyer, who claimed that Anderson felt insulted by this woman who insulted him countless times against his honor through the social network Facebook. He thought it would be good to make the report so that appropriate measures can be taken,” he said. “From what has been said, there is a crime of very serious injury. We will hear the victim’s version so that, if there is representation, she can be brought to justice.”
