In the month of struggle Vitor belfort in boxing, Polyana viana managed to pay homage, even if unintentionally, to his compatriot. Presented on the preliminary card of the UFC Las Vegas 64, an event held last Saturday (5), the athlete achieved a brutal knockout after a devastating sequence of blows, in a move similar to that of the 'Fenômeno' against Wanderlei Silva.
Just 47 seconds into the fight, Polyana adopted an aggressive pace. The faster fighter put on a show and applied a sequence of blows to beat Jihn Yu Frey by knockout. She still had time to land other punches on top before Herb Dean, the match's referee, interrupted.

Viana, as a bonus, also won the 'Performance of the Night' award and will take home US$50 (around R$252 at current prices). The duel was valid for the straw division (up to 52,1kg.).
The 'Iron Lady', as she is known, returned to her winning ways, having lost to Tabatha Ricci, in June this year. Professional since 2013, the woman from Pará achieved her fourth consecutive victory and also updated her record to 13 positive results and five negative results.
Belfort, in turn, faces Hasim Rahman Jr on November 22nd in boxing. The 'Phenomenon' comes from a triumph in the sport against the legend Evander Holyfield, in September 2021.
