“Eddie Alvarez is a good idea because I have a little problem to resolve with him. He defeated me a long time ago and now I want to defeat him”, revealed Patricky in an interview with the North American website “MMA Junkie”.

Patricky Pitbull and Eddie Alvarez faced each other in October 2012, at Bellator 76. On that occasion, the Brazilian ended up being knocked out in the first round by a high kick from the North American, who in the following fight would win the Bellator lightweight belt for the second time.
