If you win Anderson Silva and keep the Ultimate middleweight belt, Chris Weidman you will have a party waiting for you at the bar/restaurant Twin Peaks, in Las Vegas (USA). The “Official Post-UFC 168 Party with Chris Weidman”, as has been announced by the place itself on its profile on Facebook, will begin with a showing of the event in the bar and end with the presence of the fighter after the night of fights.
Such a feat is not uncommon in sport. Weidman himself recently attended the post-UFC 165 party thrown by his sporting goods sponsor and which would be attended by Alexander Gustafson, defeated in the night by Jon Jones. After his first victory over Anderson, Weidman also had a private celebration, for around 40 guests, at the “Surrender Nightclub” venue. At the time, the champion was caught at the scene by the North American website TMZ.
This Saturday (28), Chris Weidman tries to guarantee his reasons to celebrate in the rematch against Anderson Silva, otherwise the scheduled party may only serve to drown your sorrows. At MGM Grand Garden Arena, in Las Vegas (USA), Weidman faces Spider in the main fight of UFC 168. In the co-main event of the night, the TUF 18 coaches Miesha Tate e Ronda Rousey face each other for the women's bantamweight belt.
