The UFC middleweight champion, Anderson Silva is an attraction on the program Altas Horas, on TV Globo. Led by presenter Serginho Groisman, the show will air today at 0:20.
Publicizing Anderson's participation on the program's official website, the champion defends greater media openness to MMA. “The media treats MMA as a bad thing, when, in fact, it takes a lot of technique to practice it and it is nothing more than a sport like any other. It's very difficult for me to get hurt in a fight, I get hurt more in training. And I think football is more violent than MMA,” he said.
