After suffering his second defeat to Cain Velazquez in less than a year, Junior Gypsy He's already thinking about making a comeback in the UFC. The former heavyweight champion wants to return to the path of victory, and is already starting to evaluate his possible next challenges.

For the Brazilian, his next opponent could come from the fight between Travis Browne and Josh Barnett, scheduled for UFC 168, on December 28th. The two Americans are enjoying a good moment in the category. Browne knocked out Gabriel Napao e alistair overeem in his last fights, while the veteran Barnett went over Frank mir upon his return to the UFC in August.

“I believe it would make sense [to fight Barnett or Browne],” said Cigano. “I don't know what's next for me, and I don't pick opponents. I will be prepared for anyone, but I believe my next opponent could be Josh Barnett or Travis Browne.”

Even so, Cigano acknowledged that there are other potential opponents, as he considers that the category is in a great phase. “The heavyweight category is in a great moment. We have great fighters, and you never know what will happen in a heavyweight fight. One punch can change everything,” he noted.
