The battle between the Brazilian Antonio Pezão e Mark Hunt left scars on the New Zealand athlete. After the intense 25-minute fight, in the main attraction of UFC Fight Night 33, the athlete from Oceania was diagnosed with a fracture in his left hand. As treatment, he was forced to have metal screws placed in his injured fingers.
After undergoing the surgical process, Hunt posted a photo of the X-ray on his Facebook account. “The joys of being a modern gladiator”, wrote the fighter on the social network.
