WOCS 32, which will be held on December 13th, in Rio de Janeiro (RJ), will end the organization's year with two title fights.
Arthur Gogó and Armando Sapinho will face each other for the light heavyweight title which is currently vacant, as the champion, Francimar Bodão, was hired by the UFC. Among the lightweights, champion Giovanni Diniz faces challenger Lucas Bob Esponja.
Diniz has recovered from the injury that took him out of the fight against Paulo Bananada and will be in a position to defend his belt for the first time. The Nova União athlete, who has 20 wins and seven losses, will face off against another veteran of the event, whose record is 14 wins and ten losses.
Another highlight of the night is the participation of ex-UFC Alexandre Baixinho, who faces Julian Jabba in the welterweight category.
“2013 was an incredible year for WOCS. We went to new venues, we consolidated ourselves in places where we have already held big shows, we had the approval of the Brazilian MMA Athletic Commission and the response was always very good”, celebrated Otávio “Tatá” Duarte, one of the organizers of the event.
WOCS 32 will be held at the Hebraica gym and will be broadcast live on the subscription channel Combate.
