The Brazilian Hugo Wolverine, participant in the first edition of the reality show The Ultimate Fighter Brazil, he already knows against whom he will try to recover from the first defeat he suffered in his career – to T. J. Dillashaw, in April. The Ultimate organization announced that Wolverine will face American Ramiro Hernandez at UFC on FOX 10, on January 25th.
Wolverine has a record of seven wins and just one loss. The 31-year-old from Bahia had only performed in events in his home state until moving to the UFC. In the main MMA organization on the planet, the athlete debuted with a victory over fellow former TUF Brasil 1 participant John Macapá. In his next fight, Hugo dropped to bantamweight and Reuben Duran. In his last clash, the Brazilian suffered the first setback of his career as a professional.
UFC on FOX 10 takes place on January 25th, at United Center, in Chicago (USA). In the main fight of the night, the former holder of the UFC lightweight belt Ben henderson faces the veteran, and former champion of the extinct Strikeforce, Josh thomson. In addition to Wolverine, two other Brazilians are confirmed on the event card: Gabriel “Napão” Gonzaga, who faces Stipe Miocic, and Adriano Martins, who has Donald Cerrone ahead.
