Allan Miguel was the highlight of the Jungle Fight 61, an event held last night (23), in Campos dos Goytacazes, in the interior of Rio de Janeiro. The native of Rio Grande do Norte submitted Patrick Tavares with a rear naked choke and recorded his first victory in the organization.
The fight
To achieve victory, Allan dominated the duel from the first moves. Before the submission, he used quick counterattacks to hit Patrick. Then, Potiguar managed the takedown and dominated the fight.
He stayed on top, mounted and dominated the Rio athlete's back. Calmly, Allan Miguel managed to lock in a rear naked choke, leaving his opponent on his back and forcing the tap into a withdrawal, with just 3m28s.
Overwhelming, Jack Fernandes knocks out Anderson “Fala Mansa”
In the co-main fight of the event, Jack Fernandes easily beat Anderson “Fala Mansa”. More willing from the first seconds of the duel, Jack asserts his superiority, and after studying his opponent's game, he lands a powerful punch, putting an end to the fight at the beginning of the first round.
