After confirming your debut as an actor in the new version of 'Matador de Aluguel', Conor McGregor worried some of the fans late this Thursday afternoon (4). MMA star, the fighter published an enigmatic message that could be interpreted as farewell to the sport. The phrase was published in Twitter.
“MMA, I will never forget you. It was an easy job,” wrote Conor.

The greatest popularity phenomenon in the history of mixed martial arts, McGregor is recovering from a serious ankle injury suffered just over a year ago. During the recovery process, the Irishman even challenged UFC names, such as Charles of the Bronx e Kamaru Usman.
Out of action since July 2021, the 'Notório' continues preparing for his complete rehabilitation. The athlete's return to competition, however, is unknown to fans and the specialized press.
Professional in MMA since 2008, McGregor has 28 appearances in the sport. Today, at 34 years old, the Irishman has 22 wins and six losses.
A big name in the UFC, the athlete made history in the company. In 2016, the fighter became the organization's first double champion, adding the featherweight (up to 65,7kg) and lightweight (up to 70,3kg) belts. The 'Notorious', however, never defended the thrones.
Marked by great achievements in sport, Conor is not experiencing his best moment. The athlete has two consecutive defeats, both to Dustin poirier.
