Hendricks promises not to leave a possible rematch with GSP in the hands of the judges

'If I meet St. Pierre again, the fight won't go to the end', said Johny after the setback

Excited, Hendricks knows he will have to "beat GSP twice"John hendricks came close to winning Georges St Pierre and break the UFC's greatest hegemony. But after a controversial decision by the judges, Bigg Rigg, as he is known, promises that in a possible rematch he will not let the duel go to the end.

“With no disrespect to Georges St-Pierre, he fought well, he just didn’t win. Without a doubt, if I see Georges St-Pierre again, the fight won't go to the end. I'll win next time. The judges ripped my heart out,” said Hendricks, who already considers himself the true welterweight champion, even without the belt.

“Yes, I am the champion. I threw more jabs, I threw more blows, I was better in grappling. I did everything I could to win the fight, except for those two judges. But I'm going to train a lot to get that belt. Unfortunately, the belt isn't on my side, but I just beat the best fighter in the world, you know? Look at his face and look at mine! My hands are hurt from hitting him so much,” he added.

PUBLICITY:

Despite Hendricks' interest in reuniting with St. Pierre, the champion revealed that he is temporarily hanging up his gloves. Despite not making it clear that his retirement is definitive, GSP stated that he does not intend to return to competitions soon.
