Zingano supports Ronda, but sees Tate more motivated by the belt

Zingano cat, who would be the challenger for the women's bantamweight belt in the UFC, hopes that the current champion, Ronda Rousey, keep the title in your next defense. Penn, Zingano declared that she was still interested in facing Ronda for the belt. “Ronda is the world champion, we are both undefeated and we both finish fights. “I don’t necessarily want Ronda. It comes down to the fact that we both have the same type of mentality, so which of us is the better fighter? For me, it means a lot to be the world champion and to be the best at it. Nothing stops me from getting there in MMA,” she explained.

Despite rooting for Ronda, she declared that she sees Miesha Tate more motivated to fight. “Obviously I want Ronda to win because I haven't fought her yet. I think she will win, but there is a part of me that feels Miesha might want that victory more. She gained this opportunity after defeat, everything fell into her lap, so I think she will take advantage of it as much as she can”, said the fighter, who still doesn't have a date set for her return to fighting.

The fight for the UFC women's belt, between Ronda Rousey e Miesha Tate, is scheduled to be the co-main event of UFC 168, which will feature a rematch between Chris Weidman e Anderson Silva.
