Passing smoothly through the scale, Vitor belfort e Dan Henderson are confirmed in the main fight of UFC Fight Night 32. The two athletes weighed 92,5 kg, almost half a kilo less than the limit allowed for the light heavyweight category, during the official weigh-in for the event, which took place this Friday (08 ), in Goiânia (GO). Even though it was a rematch for the Brazilian, who was defeated by Hendo in 2006 at PRIDE, the confrontation between the two was quite quick and without any type of animosity.
Showing excitement for the duel against Cezar Mutant, Daniel sarafian He started stirring the crowd at the Goiânia Arena before stepping up on the scales. More measured, Mutante appeared calmer and walked calmly across the stage set up in the gym. Both fighters made the same weight, 84,3 kg. If the atmosphere between the two was warm in recent weeks, at the time of the long-awaited face-off the athletes put their differences aside and were very friendly.

One of the athletes who passed the scale with the greatest tranquility was Omari Akhmedov, opponent of Thiago “Bodão”. The Russian weighed 82,5 kg, almost one and a half kilos below the middleweight category limit. Bodão also had no trouble making weight, but he was much closer to the division limit, having weighed 83,9 kg.
