Amanda nunes prepares for revenge against Julianna Pena, which happens in the UFC 277 on July 30th, but is distrusted by Dana White. In an interview with ‘ESPN’, the president of Ultimate questioned the Brazilian’s motivation to return to the level of competition after great professional and personal achievements.

“The point for Amanda (Nunes) is something that always happens with fighters. You know the story about how we didn't pay anyone? She is rich, a multimillionaire, who is in a different financial situation and has a baby now. She is no longer the 'savage' she was when she began her journey to become world champion. These are factors that count. She thinks Julianna talks too much and everything. For her, that would have to be her motivation to beat Julianna. For other reasons, Amanda doesn’t need to win the fight”, analyzed Dana.

The North American Julianna Pena had an irregular start in the Ultimate octagon, but shocked the world by submitting the Brazilian Amanda nunes, who had been unbeatable since 2014, and win the bantamweight belt in UFC 269, in December.
