MMA icon, Fabricio Werdum publicized a comical moment that occurred at a festive football game held in May, in Florianópolis (SC). Acting in another sport, the gaucho decided to play and staged a fight with the Brazilian boxing legend, Acelino Popó Freitas. The athletes simulated a fight that included a 'knockout' and 'submission'.
In the images (see below), it is possible to see the moment when Werdum and Popó start the 'fight'. The athletes stage a fight and, afterwards, the Bahian throws a cross at Fabrício. After the boxer's moment, it was 'Vai Cavalo' turn. The former Ultimate champion applied a takedown to the legend of the 'noble art'.
