Thales Leites fills Sapo's vacancy and faces Ed Herman at UFC 167

The 'musical chairs' in the UFC middleweight division continues. After Lyoto Machida leave the fight against Tim Kennedy to face Mark Munoz e Rafael Sapo abandoning the fight against Ed Herman to replace Machida and face Kennedy, this time another Brazilian entered the game. The black belt Thales leites was called up by Ultimate to face Ed Herman at UFC 167, an event that takes place on November 16th, in Las Vegas, in the United States.

In turn, Herman has a professional record of 21 wins and nine losses, and also came from a triumph in his last appearance. The American beat Trevor Smith at UFC on FOX 8, which took place in August.

The main attraction of UFC 167 features the welterweight belt fight, where the champion Georges St Pierre puts the title on the line in front of the challenger John hendricks.
