Continuing with its plan to expand its brand in Brazil, Ultimate is about to open its official academy in the country. During a conversation with journalists after a press conference in São Paulo (SP), this Monday (30), president Dana White confirmed the opening of “UFC Gym” units on Brazilian soil.

“It will happen. This we will do. Now, off the top of my head, I can't remember when we will open the first one, but we will definitely do it”, said the director, without confirming, however, the city chosen to be the first headquarters or the precise date of the opening of the first gym. .

Currently, “UFC Gym” has units spread across the United States and a gym in Australia. In addition to aerobic activities and muscle development work, the franchises offer classes in various martial arts – such as kickboxing, muay thai, boxing and MMA – and even dance courses.
