“I don’t have any particular diet. I eat everything. I can eat 30 chocolate bars, drink two cartons of milk, then eat 2 pounds of ice cream in bed. I eat whatever I want, whenever I want, and I always have these beautiful muscles on my body,” Pudzianowski said.

Before debuting as an MMA professional, Mariuz participated in bodybuilding competitions, which was when he won the title of 'Strongest Man in the World'. The Pole revealed the difficulties he felt when he switched to mixed martial arts and what he needed to change in his training to avoid doing badly in the new sport.

“MMA is a different sport than strongman competitions. I had to change everything. I had to train for eight years to drastically change my body in the way it was functioning, because I couldn't last five minutes or ten minutes. For eight years of my training, I couldn't handle fighting all ten minutes, two rounds of MMA. It's totally different, there are two (distinct) worlds. Even strength in MMA and weightlifting is different. It doesn’t matter if you can lift 300kg, it doesn’t mean that strength will be good in MMA”, concluded the Pole.
