Undisputed owner of the middleweight belt (up to 83,9kg), Israel adesanya continues with his virtually unshakable confidence. With just under two months left until his next challenge, against Jared Cannonier, the Nigerian took to his Twitter to provoke his rival and stated that he will 'make the confrontation with the North American look easy' in the UFC 276.

Number two in the middleweight rankings, Jared Cannonier He is experiencing a great moment in his career. In their last eight clashes, 'Killa Gorilla' suffered just one defeat, to Robert whittaker, in October 2020. The North American has a record of 15 triumphs and five setbacks in professional MMA.
Absolute middleweight leader since 2019, Adesanya has already successfully defended his title on four occasions. As 'king' of the category, the Nigerian has already Yoel romero, Paulo borrachinha, Marvin vettori e Robert whittaker. Israel has a record in the sport of 22 triumphs and only one setback.
The confrontation between Israel adesanya e Jared Cannonier will lead the card of UFC 276, scheduled for July 2nd. The show will be held at the T-Mobile Arena, in Las Vegas (USA). The show will feature 11 more fights, in addition to the middleweight belt fight.
