Former UFC heavyweight champion (up to 120,2kg), junior gypsy had a debut to forget at Eagle FC 47, an event held last Friday (20), after suffering a dislocated shoulder in the third round of combat against yorgan de castro. Still, the Brazilian's performance seemed to excite his 'new boss' and president of the company, Khabib Nurmagomedov.

Present at the event, Khabib followed the fights from the side of the hexagon and saw Cigano's injury up close. He even applauded the Brazilian's departure, who was promptly taken to medical care outside the cage.
“I feel bad about junior gypsy. He was incredible tonight,” Khabib wrote on his official Twitter.
The fight before yorgan de castro it was balanced, but Cigano felt comfortable and, with low kicks, managed to score against the Cape Verdean. In the frank exchange, the Brazilian had the advantage and it seemed to be a matter of time before he secured victory. However, with a right punch, he dislocated his shoulder and was unable to continue the fight.
Now, Júnior has five fights without knowing what it means to win in MMA. In his career, he has 21 positive results and ten negative results.
