Brazilian has a convincing performance, surpasses Jake Hadley and wins his first triumph with Ultimate gloves

First Brazilian to enter the octagon on the preliminary card of the UFC Las Vegas 54, held this Saturday (14), Allan Puro Osso did not disappoint. With Charles of the Bronx in his corner, the flyweight (up to 56,7kg.) went through with a confrontation marked by technique in front of Jake Hadley. After three rounds, the Tupiniquim was declared the winner in a unanimous decision, achieving his first triumph with Ultimate gloves.

With the victory, Puro Osso officially kicks off towards the top of the division led by Deiveson Figueiredo. The positive result marked the athlete's 19th triumph in 25 professional MMA clashes.

Overpowered by the Brazilian, Hadley had good moments in the fight, but it wasn't enough to convince the side judges. The stumble against Allan represented the athlete's first defeat in mixed martial arts. Before facing the Tupiniquim, the North American had a streak of eight consecutive victories.

The fight

The confrontation began with Puro Osso connecting with a clean belt kick on his rival. Hadley tried to respond, but Allan took advantage of an oversight and took his opponent to the ground with a 'band'. Jake managed to reverse the position and tried to surprise the Brazilian with a submission. In the middle of the round, the fighters showed their technique in the fight on the ground. In the final minute, Puro Osso tried to control the fight from above, but without force. Close to finishing the stage, Jake managed to stand, but there was no more time.

In the second round, Allan took the initiative again with a sequence of three high kicks. Jake responded with jabs and tried to corner the Brazilian against the bars. The last round started with Hadley more aggressive. In the initial moments he took the Brazilian to the ground and attempted a submission. Allan protected himself and tried to prevent his opponent's attacks. Close to the middle of the stage, Jake started looking for a choke, creating a tense moment for the Tupiniquim. Hadley managed to get to the back, but Puro Osso surprised him with a reversal, putting him on top of his opponent. Next, it was Allan's turn to try a submission, with a triangle. With just over a minute left in the fight, Hadley managed to get out of position, but Puro Osso continued to press on top. In the final minute, Allan tried a takedown, but Jake surprised him, looking for a guillotine. The Brazilian showed calm and protected himself well. Close to the end of the fight, Allan, on top, attacked with ground and pound, but there was no more time.

After a moment of instability in Ultimate, Ryan spann is back. Representative of the lightweight category (up to 70,3 kg.), Manuel Torres had the dream debut in Ultimate. Opponent of Frank Camacho, the athlete accepted the 'frank exchange' and, together with his rival, staged an insane fight on the main card. With heavy hands, the Mexican got the better of him and won the victory with a brutal knockout in the first round.

With the triumph, Torres debuts 'on the right foot' in the UFC. Now, the fighter has 13 victories in 15 appearances as a professional in MMA.

Hard hit in UFC Las Vegas 54, Frank got into trouble once and for all in the organization. Now, the athlete has five stumbles in the last six fights.
