Considered a promise from Bellator, Michael Page will have his first title fight in the organization. This Friday (13), in London (ENG), the Englishman faces Logan storley for the company's interim welterweight (up to 77kg) title. The show has 13 fights scheduled and features Lyoto Machida as one of the main highlights.

A Bellator representative since 2013, Page gained notoriety in the organization for his provocative and blunt style. Over almost 10 years with the company, the athlete has collected 12 victories on the fast track.
Substitute for the lineal welterweight champion, Yaroslav Amosov, Logan storley also holds his first title fight in the company. The athlete arrives for his main commitment in the organization in a great phase, adding two triumphs in a row.
One of the main representatives of Brazilian MMA, Lyoto Machida is also featured in the show. At a delicate moment, the athlete will have the last fight of his contract, when he faces Fabian Edwards. The Tupiniquim will climb into the circular cage with the obligation to end a sequence of three stumbles.
In addition to ‘Dragão’, Brazil will have two more representatives. In the second half of the event, Wendell Giácomo faces veteran Paul Daley. On the preliminary card, Alan Carlos shares the circular cage with Charlie Ward.

Company pupil, Michael Page will not face the opponent previously scheduled for Bellator 281. Initially, the Englishman would be Yaroslav Amosov's challenger for the division's linear belt.
The champion, however, is experiencing a personal drama, which forced him to momentarily abandon his MMA career. Born in Ukraine, the athlete is now part of his country's army and participates on the front line in the war against Russia. The fighter has already made it public that he will only compete again when the conflict between nations is over.
As in North American wrestling, Logan storley was chosen to take over Yaroslav's place. Current number four in the welterweight rankings, the athlete will climb into the circular cage to try to nullify the unpredictability of Page, famous for setting traps for his opponents during his clashes.
Although the triumph does not give the absolute throne to the protagonists of Bellator 281, there is a lot at stake this Friday. The winner will gain the right to challenge the champion in a fight to unify the belt, with no date set yet.
