“Shut up (Islam) Makhachev. The only guy who's afraid of losing here is you. You were exposed the week of the fight for bluffing and not accepting the fight. Dariush is waiting for you. (…) I was there for you twice too, don't play this game. You withdrew during fight week once. I called your bluff once,” Dos Anjos wrote.

Rafael's provocation references Makhachev's challenge to Do Bronx. The Russian accused Charles of choosing to face athletes who would pose less danger than agreeing to negotiate a fight against him. Islam then hit back at Dos Anjos and also accused him of 'disappearing' before his UFC fight.

“I was there on Feb 26 for Beniel (Dariush) and I was also there twice for you – on Oct 24, 2020 and Oct 30, 21. But you never showed up. So shut up, you 'chicken quitter,'” Makhachev responded.
