The recent provocation of Charles of the Bronx appears to have hit one of its targets squarely. After the Brazilian suggested he would defeat Conor McGregor e Nate diaz on the same night, the Irishman wasted no time or minced words in answering the first place in the lightweight rankings (up to 70,3 kg).

Former featherweight (up to 65,7 kg) and lightweight champion, Conor McGregor is an old target of Charles of the Bronx, who sees the duel as a great financial opportunity, since, even in a bad phase, the Irishman continues to be the most popular name in world MMA.
Conor McGregor has won only his last four fights in the octagon and is coming off two consecutive defeats to Dustin poirier, in 2021. The Irishman is recovering from the serious leg injury suffered in the last performance against “Diamante”, in July.
Charles of the Bronx, in turn, has 11 consecutive victories in the lightweight division, including winning and defending the belt. The Brazilian lost the title last Friday (6) after failing to make his category weight in a controversial weigh-in before his victory over Justin gaethje, in the main fight of the UFC 274.
