Former UFC octagon girl debuts at São Paulo event this Friday

A new national MMA event promises to excite Brazilian fans. The Standout Fighting Tournament (SFT) will hold its first edition next Friday (20), in São Paulo, and in addition to renowned names in the sport, the show features a former UFC octagon girl as a highlight outside the cage. The beautiful Aline Franzoi, who played in the UFC in São Paulo at the beginning of this year, and is on the cover of this month's Playboy, will present the combat rounds. The main fight of the event is the clash between Luiz “Banha” Cané and the American Rodney Wallace.

SFT organizer, Ivan Jatobá celebrates Aline's presence, making the event even higher level. With new editions scheduled for 2013 and 2014, he hopes to consolidate the event on the national MMA scene.

“I followed Aline's work at UFC and I thought we would gain a lot from her presence. We put together an attractive card for the public and her presence will only enhance the show even more. We are here to stay, and I will spare no effort for that”, says Ivan.

The Standout Fighting Tournament (SFT) takes place, this Friday (20), at the Ginásio do Ibirapuera, in São Paulo. In addition to the duel between former UFC fighters, Luiz Banha against Rodney Wallace, the show features a submission match between two former TUF Brasil 2 participants: David Vieira x Viscardi Andrade.
