One of the main favorites for the PFL 2022 season title, the Canadian Rory McDonald debuted in style against Brett Cooper. In a safe performance, on Friday night (06), the former UFC belt challenger and former Bellator champion submitted his rival with a rear naked choke in just over two minutes.

As soon as the fight started, Cooper went up, but MacDonald dodged and took him down. He quickly reached the 100kg position and mounted. On top, he landed a few blows until the American turned his back. From then on, Rory just used the rear naked choke and forced three taps.
