Trying to get the attention of Charles of the Bronx, passionate Corinthians fan, Justin gaethje appealed to the rivalry of the world's most popular sport. In a video released on social media, the challenger appeared training dressed in a personalized Flamengo shirt with his name on the back and provoked the lightweight champion.

“What’s up, Charles? I heard that my team is better than yours”, provoked the “red-black” Justin gaethje.

Without hiding his passion for Corinthians, Charles of the Bronx was received with celebration by the “Faithful” fans after winning the lightweight belt against Michael chandler, in May 2021. On that occasion, the fighter was even invited to participate in a lecture with Timão players.

Charles of the Bronx e Justin gaethje duel for the UFC lightweight belt in the main fight of the UFC 274, this Saturday (7). The event also features a dispute over the strawweight belt (up to 52,1 kg) in a rematch between the champion Rose namajunas and the challenger Carla esparza.
