Highlights on the preliminary card of the UFC Las Vegas 53, which takes place this Saturday (30), Daniel Miojo e Francisco Figueredo they opted for respect before the Brazilian duel at the weekend. In the face after the official weigh-in, held this Friday (29), the flyweights (up to 56,7kg.) chose to do a 'Selfie', instead of spicing up the rivalry.

“Weight done successfully. We are Brazil, we value respect above all. Tomorrow, Francisco and I will try to kill each other in that cage, but, after 15 minutes, we will have dinner in Las Vegas together, because we are honest family men. We are here to work and represent our nation”, wrote Daniel, on his Instagram account.

In search of his first victory in the UFC, Daniel went further. The athlete asked Brazilian fans to avoid provocations towards the protagonists of the confrontation, regardless of the result.

“I ask my followers and fans to respect us and enjoy the show. Thanks Brazil. I’m here to be a champion and value love and respect”, he concluded.

Deiveson's brother, Francisco Figueredo tries his second victory in his third appearance for the company. Miojo is looking for his first triumph since his debut with the company.
