The UFC card on July 9th gained a Brazilian member. Caio Borralho, who debuted with victory in April this year, will face Armen petrosyan in a fight for the middleweight division (up to 83,9kg.). The information was released by the company on social media.

At 29, Caio Borralho was discovered by 'Contender Series' debuted on the right foot, but had a moment of suspense in his debut against Gadzhi Omargadzhiev. After three rounds of extensive control, the Brazilian landed an illegal knee and went into 'trouble' due to the doubt of supposed disqualification, which was decided by the judges in a technical victory for the athlete.
Petrosyan, in turn, also signed with the organization after spending time on the 'Contender Series' and had a tough confrontation in his debut, against Gregory Robocop. The Armenian left with his arms raised in the judges' split decision, a result considered controversial.
Caio reached the mark of 13 appearances as a professional in MMA. In the sport since 2014, the Brazilian currently has 11 wins, one defeat and one 'no contest'. Armen comes from Muay Thai and made the transition to martial arts in 2018, with a record of seven positive results and one negative result.
