Second in the middleweight rankings (up to 83,9kg.), Jared Cannonier is confident that he will be the next challenger for the Israel adesanya. In an interview with 'The Schmo', the North American says that he was chosen by the Nigerian and, despite not yet having a firm date for the fight, he reveals his desire to make it 'look easy' to win the Ultimate title.

“I have a new prediction. I'll turn 'Izzy' (Adesanya's nickname) into 'Easy' (easy). I don't have (an exact date for the fight), but I heard I'm next. And he is also a man of his word. He has the ability to choose the next fights and he chose me, as if I were some kind of Pokémon or something. Whatever it takes for me to get there and get my shot at the title,” said Cannonier.
