UFC Fight Night 27: Rafael dos Anjos makes weight and confirms fight against Donald Cerrone

All fights for UFC Fight Night 27, an event that takes place this Wednesday night (28), in Indianópolis, in the United States, have been confirmed. In the athletes' last challenge before stepping into the octagon, they successfully passed the weigh-in. In the main fight of the night, Carlos Condit he weighed 77,4 kg, while Swede Martin Kampmann weighed 300 grams less.

Yes, Rafael dos Anjos, the only Brazilian in the fight program, weighed 70,5 kg, 200 grams above the lightweight category limit, but within the tolerance imposed by athletic commissions. In turn, his rival, Donald Cerrone, also had to use the division's tolerance and scored 70,8 kg.

When it came to the traditional face-off, Rafael and Cerrone maintained a certain distance. The Brazilian closed his face and fists while his rival showed a slight smile. Soon after, the athletes shook hands in a friendly atmosphere.
