“The doctor told me that it was nothing serious, that I could continue fighting, and that gave me relief. He took an SUV car off my back, which I had been carrying since the fight. I was very happy, Ju (wife) and I answered all our doubts. He said there was no problem, that it was a very small obstruction and that it would not compromise anything. He asked for a CT scan in six months, but said I can continue training normally and maintain my career the way it was,” said the fighter.

Rudolph Vieira underwent cerebral angiography after being banned from participating in the UFC 270, in January, when he would face Wellington Turman. According to the fighter, the MRI exams carried out at the time raised suspicion of congenital brain malformation.
