Adesanya praises Durinho and reveals his support for the Brazilian against Chimaev at UFC 273

On his official YouTube channel, the middleweight champion (up to 83,9kg.), Israel adesanya, declared support for the Brazilian on the main card of the card.

"I know (Gilbert Durinho) Burns. He is a real danger to anyone. I'm glad he's at welterweight now because he's much better in this weight class and he has power in his punches. Wants to know? I'll be rooting for Burns. I think he can do it”, analyzed Israel.

Undefeated in professional MMA, Chimaev impressed at the start of his career in the UFC with four victories by interruption, three of which were in the first round and two of which were just ten days apart. The Swede is coming off an important victory over li jingliang, in October.

Durinho, in turn, aims for a new opportunity for the belt, which belongs to Kamaru Usman and comes from triumph over Stephen Thompson, in July 2021. In his career, the Brazilian now has a record of 20 positive results and four negative results.
