New UFC lightweight (up to 70,3kg) promise, Paddy Pimblett has been compared with Conor McGregor for his irreverent and provocative style. “12 and 12. So, $12 (to show up) and another $12 (to win). US$ 24 thousand in total, in addition to the bonus (for 'Performance of the Night', at US$ 50 thousand)”, revealed Pimblett in an interview with the website 'Barstool'.

The Englishman has already said that he would like a significant increase in his salary so that he can face high-level fighters in the division led by Charles of the Bronx. The current numbers are still far from approaching those received by Conor McGregor, who was the highest-paid athlete in the world, among all sports, in 2021.

Adored by English fans, Paddy did well and achieved a good victory over Rodrigo vargas on the preliminary card of UFC London, which took place last Saturday (19). After suffering initial pressure, the Englishman reversed the situation and submitted him with a rear naked choke in the first round. In his career, there are 18 triumphs and three setbacks in professional MMA.
