Jake Paul condemns Masvidal's attitude in provoking a fight with Covington: 'In the octagon, it didn't hurt'

Youtuber, who has already had the help of the UFC star in training, shoots at ‘Jesus das Ruas’, the center of confusion last Monday

Paying attention to the news surrounding the UFC world, Jake Paul spoke out about the confusion between Jorge masvidal e Colby covington in a restaurant in Miami (USA). On social media, the youtuber condemned the attitude of ‘Jesus das Ruas’, who would have gone to the establishment where ‘Chaos’ was located to obtain satisfaction regarding a publication by his rival, moments before.

“Masvidal is a coward for ambushing Colby. He couldn’t hurt him in the octagon, so he tries to attack him from behind?”, wrote Paul, in his profile on Twitter.

After the incident that occurred last Monday (21), Masvidal tried to use social media to provoke Colby, whom he faced and ended up defeated in the UFC 272. At the time, ‘Jesus das Ruas’ indicated that he had injured his rival’s face and asked the athlete to reveal his face publicly to confirm.

Confessed enemies, Jorge and Colby promoted the fight between former best friends in early March. Although the promise of massacre on both sides was not fulfilled, Covington prevailed, nullifying his opponent for around 25 minutes and winning with a unanimous decision from the judges.
