Featured in the UFC roster, Kevin holland experienced moments of tension while having dinner at a restaurant in the city of Houston, in the United States. According to news from 'a B C', last Monday night (14), the fighter and two other individuals helped contain an armed man who was in the establishment. According to the source, the suspect was already immobilized when the police arrived.

According to authorities, there were around 40 people in the restaurant during the episode. The 24-year-old suspect even fired a shot into the air, before being detained by Holland and other customers there.
Houston Police Department Sergeant Ricardo Salas stated that Kevin's efforts, along with the other 'heroes', helped prevent a tragedy.
“The customers stopped the shooter and apparently saved many lives,” the agent said.
According to local police, the suspect was already wanted by authorities. The man is accused of failing to appear in court for a hearing in which he broke the law for an alleged 'crime of evil'.
After the scare, Holland used social media to calm fans. This Tuesday (15), the athlete guaranteed that there were no major problems.
“About last night, everything is fine”, wrote the welterweight, on his account on Twitter.
In a new moment in his career, Holland recently performed in the octagon. The fighter was successful in his debut in the under-77kg division, when he knocked out Alex Cowboy No. UFC 272.
This isn't the first time Kevin has been involved in a 'police case'. In October 2021, the fighter helped authorities arrest a carjacking suspect.
