Scott Coker's dream of having his last professional fight Fedor Emelianenko in Russia it was heavily frustrated. Due to the conflict with Ukraine, Bellator's president discarded the idea and promised to talk to the 'Last Emperor' to look for a new location that could host his final fight of his career.

“This will definitely not happen in Moscow this year. We're not going to do Fedor's farewell fight there for obvious reasons. We will look for another option at some point, but we will sit down with Fedor when he comes here and we will see what happens,” said Coker.
The president did not hide his disappointment with the conflict between Russia and Ukraine and told a little about what he planned for the historic show.
“We had an amazing show planned for Moscow. I don't mind saying this, but originally we had approval to hold the fight in Red Square. and it would be a great farewell to the greatest of all time, in my opinion. Now, we have to move and create something big, find another location, and an incredible place because he deserves to have a great send-off. And we’re going to do it, I just don’t know where yet”, concluded the agent.
A professional fighter since 2000, Fedor is considered one of the greatest fighters in the history of mixed martial arts. With winning stints in organizations such as Pride, Strikeforce and M-1 Challenge, the 'Last Emperor' has a record of 40 wins and just 6 losses in his career.
