Nate Diaz ignores Covington's request and asks UFC to promote 'farewell fight' with Poirier

'Bad Boy' tells Ultimate to advance the fight against 'Diamante' and promises an explosive fight

Willing to make his farewell fight in Ultimate, Nate diaz already defined Dustin poirier as a great target for your next presentation. And, after requesting Colby covington by the 'Diamond' after UFC 272 last Saturday (5), the 'bad boy' asked the organization to advance negotiations for the fight.

The fight between the fighters was already scheduled to take place in November 2018, but ended up being canceled after a leg injury. Dustin poirier.

The favorite of the North American fans, Diaz has not performed since the defeat to Leon edwards, in June 2021. At the time, the fighter returned to the octagon after a hiatus of almost two years, but ended up defeated by unanimous decision from the judges. In his record, the 'bad boy' currently has 20 triumphs and 13 setbacks.
