After receiving criticism from Dana White for refusing to face Rafael dos Anjos at UFC 272, the Russian Islam makhachev replied the agent. In a post made on his 'Twitter', the lightweight (under 70,3kg) standout mocked the president of Ultimate and said he will beat any opponent he faces in the organization.

“I don't care who you put in front of me. I will crush the entire division. Dana, you went to bed too early. You have to stay up late to get things done,” the Russian wrote on Twitter.
Current number three in the lightweight rankings, Makhachev is considered one of the biggest prospects on the entire Ultimate squad. Pupil of Khabib Nurmagomedov, the Russian has been lining up opponents in a row and has a record of 10 consecutive victories. His last defeat was in October 2015, in a beautiful knockout suffered by Brazilian Adriano Martins. Close to fighting for the belt, Islam has 22 triumphs and only one setback as a professional athlete.
