Star in UFC 272, Colby covington decided to rebut the criticisms made by Joanna Jedrzejczyk, former teammate of the athlete in American Top Team (ATT). After being accused of arrogance by the Polish woman, the American decided to cause and give his version of the reason for the former Ultimate champion's hurt. According to 'Chaos', the grudge is related to past flirtations.

“You talked about me before and I'm getting ready for a title fight. I never said anything about you, nor do I care about you. You used to send me private messages after training wanting to flirt with me and arrange dates. Because of that, because I didn’t pay attention, you got angry and started criticizing me,” said Covington.
This weekend, Colby will make his debut in the 2022 season. The last challenger for the welterweight belt (up to 77kg.), the North American will resolve his differences with his former best friend, Jorge masvidal, training partner from the American Top Team season.
