Recovering from the serious injury suffered in the trilogy against Dustin poirier last season, Conor McGregor is already thinking about returning to MMA and has a message for the UFC lightweight champion, Charles of the Bronx. Present in Bellator 275, held last Friday (25), in Ireland, the 'Notório' gave 'friendly advice' to the Brazilian and once again showed interest in a clash against the São Paulo native for the title of the under-70,3kg division.

Lightweight champion since the first half of 2021, Do Bronx already has a date for his first commitment of the season. The Brazilian returns to the octagon on May 7, when he defends his throne against Justin gaethje.
No UFC 269, Charles surpassed Dustin poirier and remained at the top of the category. Moments after submitting the North American, the São Paulo native stated that he would like to face Conor.
A living legend of mixed martial arts, McGregor was the first double Ultimate champion. The fighter, however, is not having a good time in the lightweight division. The Irishman hasn't won in the category since 2016, when he ran over Eddie Alvarez and won the division title.
